How We Got Here

2012

The Beginning

Started with just three of us in a cramped Gastown office. We had this crazy idea that luxury properties deserved more than cookie-cutter marketing. Our first sale? A 1920s heritage home on the West End that nobody else wanted to touch. Sold it in three weeks.

2015

Waterfront Focus

Expanded into waterfront acquisitions after closing a $12M estate in West Vancouver. Clients kept asking if we knew the waterfront market, and honestly, we made it our mission to know every dock, every seawall, every sunset view worth having.

2018

Heritage Preservation

Launched our heritage restoration consulting service. Too many beautiful old homes were getting gutted without respect for their history. We partnered with conservation architects and now we help clients preserve what makes these properties special.

2021

Portfolio Management

Added investment property portfolio management after our clients kept coming back. Turns out when you treat properties like the investments they are - with actual care and market savvy - people notice. Now managing over 200 properties across Metro Vancouver.

2025

Today

We've grown to a team of 18, moved into our Alberni Street offices, and we're still obsessed with getting it right. Every property tells a story, and we're here to make sure it's told properly.
